Dear members,
Happy New Year! Welcome to the first newsletter of the International Biennial Association (IBA) of 2019. Thank you for your continued support of the IBA through 2018 and beyond.
As we begin the new year, we celebrate past successes and look forward to the future to bring even more opportunities for members to share and exchange information to benefit the global biennial community.
We would also like to extend our deepest gratitude to the organisers at the Kochi Biennale Foundation and Kochi-Muziris Biennale 2018 for hosting the 5th General Assembly in December. In addition, we would like to give a special thanks to our members who attended the assembly in Kochi in order to provide their voices and votes to help shape the association to better serve the biennial community.
We look forward to seeing you at one of our events, especially our 6th General Assembly, in 2019. If you happen to be visiting a member biennial, do let us know!
