SACO Bienal, formerly an arts festival held yearly in Antofagasta in the north of Chile has recently developed into a Biennial format with plans to engage with a number of other institutions nationally and internationally. Dagmara Wyskiel, director of SACO Bienal and Carlos Rendón, its external relationship manager give an engaging presentation of SACO’s region and of the biennial.
